=Eligibility=
1.Singaporean students in *NTU, NUS, and SMU

2.Students from ASEAN countries that are members of
ASEM (Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines,
Thailand, and Vietnam) studying in NTU, NUS, and SMU
and who are not prevented by terms of their
scholarship from on-going exchange programmes.

3.Students from European ASEM countries who come from
universities in European ASEM countries which have
tuition fee waiver arrangments with NTU, NUS and SMU.

4,Students have to be on full-time undergraduate or
postgraduate course.

=HOW TO APPLY=
If you meet the above eligibility, please do the
following steps;

1. Go to DUO-Singapore website by clicking
'DUO-Singapore'on the right corner of www.asemduo.org
website
2. Click download applications
3. Fill in applications
4. Submit to the Institution's International Relations
Office or its equivalent.

=ANNOUNCEMENT OF AWARD=
Announcement of successful candidates is tentatively set at the end of May 2004 on the asemduo website. Each recipient will be awarded 4,000 Euros per person for one semester.
