The Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC), Ministry of Education, Thailand is pleased to announce 2018 DUO-Thailand Fellowship Programme call for applications which is confined to the exchange of students between Thai and European Union higher education institutions. 

The completed application forms together with supporting documents and nomination letters from applicants' universities shall be submitted by 31 August 2017 by post to

Applications received after 31 August 2017 will not be considered.
