DUO-Korea was launched in 2001. Other than Core Principles, this program requires cooperation agreements signed between the two educational institutions and the persons to be exchanged are selected under the cooperation agreement before submitting applications. One of the unique features that DUO-Korea has is that teachers in primary, secondary and high school are eligible to apply for the programme.
