The Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC), Ministry of Education, Thailand is delighted to announce the DUO-Thailand Fellowship Program 2013 as appeared in implementation guideline of the DUO-Thailand Fellowship Program 2013. The 2013 fellowship will confine to the exchange of students between Thai and European Union higher education institutions.
Applications have to be submitted by 31 August 2012. Applications received after 31 August 2012 will not be considered. The completed application form together with supporting documents and a nomination letter from applicant’s university can be submitted by post to
