The Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC), Ministry of Education, Thailand is pleased to announce 2017 DUO-Thailand Fellowship Programme call for applications which is confined to the exchange of students between Thai and European Union higher education institutions. 

The completed application forms together with supporting documents, and nomination letters from applicants' universities shall be submitted by 15 August 2016 by post to
